Dudley, Mass - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team was defeated by the top-seeded Nichols College Bison. The Wildcats fought hard, winning the second set, but it was not enough as the Bison would go on to win the match in four sets. The Wildcats end their season with a record of 12-16.
Utica, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team defeated the SUNY Potsdam Bears in a thrilling five set battle. Behind spectacular performances from Jason Aubrey, James Mion, Jordan Weir and Peter Gottler, the Wildcats rallied back from being down 2 sets to none to win the match 3-2. The win keeps the Wildcats season alive, as the team now prepares for a matchup with the #1 ranked Nichols College.
Utica, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team secured a 3-0 victory over the Bard College Raptors on senior day. Seniors James Mion and Jordan Weir led the Wildcats, combining for 20 kills on 29 attacks. The win lifts the Wildcats to 13-14 on the season.

The Wildcats have now won four of their last 5 matchups, pushing their record to 12-12. Erie, Pa. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team picked up a victory against Carlow before dropping a match to Penn St.-Behrend on Sunday afternoon. In the first match, the Wildcats won the match 3-1. In the second match, the Wildcats lost in straight sets 3-0.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team dropped both matches on Saturday to Elizabethtown and St. John Fisher. In the first match against Elizabethtown, the Wildcats lost 3-2 after winning the fourth set to extend the match to the final set. In the second match against St. John Fisher the Wildcats lost in straight sets, 3-0.
OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team swept the trip-match on Sunday, beating Old Westbury 3-0 and John Jay 3-1. With the wins on Sunday, the Wildcats end the weekend 2-2 on their downstate trip and move to 7-8 overall.

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team took on Hilbert and Trine in a tri-match on Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats won the first match against Hilbert, 3-0, before dropping the second match against Trine 3-0. With the split, the Wildcats move to 5-6 on the season.
UTICA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team took on Finger Lakes CC on Tuesday night. The exciting back-and-forth match featured four sets, with the Wildcats taking home the match with a 3-1 victory. The last set proved to be the most exciting, in which the Wildcats took the set 25-23.
AURORA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team defeated Wells College in straight sets on Wednesday night in the non-conference matchup. The Wildcats dominated all three sets, winning 25-14, 25-16, and 25-17. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 3-5 on the season.

MANSFIELD, Mass. – The New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) has announced its 2023 Men’s Volleyball All-Conference teams and major award winners. The awards were voted on by the conference’s nine head coaches following the conclusion of the regular season schedule. Two SUNY Poly players earned All-Conference honors; Nathan Farnham was a Second Team selection and Jacob Wicher was named to the Del Malloy Sportsmanship Team.

The reason for the cancellation is the expected harsh weather conditions, which could pose a danger to the Wildcats while traveling, as a winter storm is forecasted to hit the upstate New York area tonight and continue until tomorrow.
AUBURNDALE, Mass. - SUNY Poly men’s volleyball lost to Lasell on Saturday 3-0. The first two sets were dominated by Lasell with scores of 25-19 and 25-8, respectively. In the third set, SUNY Poly put up a fight, but Lasell still won with a score of 25-22 to earn their 7th win of the season.

The Wildcats won the first and second 25-22 and 25-21 respectively. FLCC took the third set 25-23. Poly closed out the match in the fourth with a 25-20 win. The Wildcats are now 4-9 this season.
