MVB: Wildcats Wrap Up Regular Season at Potsdam.

POTSDAM, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly men's volleyball team wrapped up their regular season on Saturday with a loss to Potsdam in straight sets. The scores of the sets were 25-22, 26-24, and 25-19. The Wildcats finish their regular season with a 9-14 record and a 4-4 record in NECC play.

SUNY Poly got off to a slow start, hitting .053 in the first set, but they managed to improve to .116 and .086 in the next two sets, respectively. However, SUNY Potsdam dominated at the net, registering 16 team blocks compared to SUNY Poly's six. SUNY Poly had more kills in the match (38-28), but also more errors(28-16), and more service errors (14-9). That discrepancy in errors and service errors is what ultimately cost the Wildcats the match.
