MANSFIELD, Mass. –  The New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) has announced its 2023 Men's Volleyball All-Conference teams and major award winners. The awards were voted on by the conference's nine head coaches following the conclusion of the regular season schedule. Two SUNY Poly players earned All-Conference honors; Nathan Farnham was a Second Team selection and Jacob Wicher was named to the Del Malloy Sportsmanship Team.

Nathan Farnham had a solid season for the Wildcats in 2023. As the Wildcat's primary setter, Farnham recorded 697 assists and was third in the NECC with 8.10 assists per set. Farnham also had 68 kills, 25 aces, and was third on the Wildcats with 49 blocks. The All-Conference Award is the second of his career.
