MVB: Wildcats Season Comes to an End in the NECC Semifinals.
April 07, 2022ENDICOTT, Mass. - The #4 seeded SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team fell to #1 Endicott on Thursday in the semifinal round of the NECC Championship Tournament. The Wildcats lost the match 3-1 with set scores of 25-15, 23-25, 25-10, 25-19. -
MVB: Wildcats Advance to the NECC Semifinal With a Thrilling 3-2 Win Over Potsdam.
April 05, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team won a crazy 3-2 match over SUNY Potsdam in the first round of the NECC Tournament on Tuesday to advance to the semifinal on Thursday. The Wildcats won the game on the block, tallying a record-breaking 21 total blocks to the Bear's six and on the serve with 10 aces to the Bear's six. The final scores of the match were 23-25, 25-17, 20-25, 25-23, 15-13.

MVB: Wildcats Clinch #4 Seed in NECC Postseason With a 3-0 Win Over Potsdam.
April 01, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team earned a pivotal win over Potsdam on Friday night, winning in straight sets to clinch the #4 seed in the NECC post-season tournament. The Wildcats won the three sets 25-23, 25-22, 25-23 to earn the win. The 3-0 win was exactly what the Wildcats needed to break the tie in the standings to earn the right to host the first round at SUNY Poly’s Wildcat Field House. The first-round game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 5th against Potsdam. Game time is currently TBD.

MVB: Wildcats Drop Four Matches on Weekend Trip to Massachusetts.
March 27, 2022BEVERLY, Mass. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team traveled to Massachusetts this past weekend to play four games in three days, including two NECC games and a tri-match at #1 ranked Springfield College. The Wildcats did not fare particularly well in the four matches, losing all four. The Wildcats played some very good teams very tough but were only able to come out of the weekend with two sets won.

MVB: Wildcats Win Two On Senior Day. Garrett Hassard Breaks Total Blocks Career Record.
March 20, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team won two matches on Sunday over NVU-Johnson on Senior Day. Both matches were 3-0 wins for the Wildcats. Prior to the game, the Wildcats honored the team’s three seniors Matthew Russo, Andrew Bertino, and Garrett Hassard with a short ceremony to highlight their career accolades while at SUNY Poly. One senior, Garrett Hassard, put a big exclamation point on the day by breaking the all-time total blocks record in the day's second match.

March 08, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team earned their first New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) win of the season with a 3-0 win over Sage College. The Wildcats won the first set 25-17, the second set 25-15, and the third set 25-12. The ‘Cats hit .493 as a team and had eight aces and 14 total blocks to earn the three-set win.

MVB: Wildcats Sweep Wells 3-0 at Home.
March 02, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team beat Wells College on Wednesday 3-0. The Wildcats hit .314 as a team in the match with 38 kills and 11 service aces. The win brings the Wildcat's record to 4-10 this season.

MVB: Big Game by Russo Helps Wildcats Earn a Three Set Win at Sage.
February 24, 2022ALBANY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team earned their third win of the season on Thursday night 3-0 over the Sage College Gators. The Wildcats hit .271 as a team and got a big performance out of Senior Matt Russo who had match-highs in kills and aces and hit .524. The Wildcats are now 3-10 this season and have won two of their last three matches.

MVB: Wildcats Drop Two at New Paltz Tri-Match.
February 05, 2022NEW PALTZ, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team lost to Ramapo 3-0 and SUNY New Paltz 3-0 on Saturday at a tri-match hosted by New Paltz. The Wildcats lost the first match to Ramapo 26-28, 22-25, 15-25, and lost to New Paltz 13-25, 21-25, 20-25. SUNY Poly is now 1-8 this season

February 01, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men's volleyball home game against Wells College that was originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 2nd has been postponed. The game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 2nd at 6:00 PM at the Wildcat Field House.

MVB: Wildcats Earn First Win of The Season 3-0 at Home Over Russell Sage.
January 26, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team won at home on Wednesday 3-0 over Russell Sage 25-11, 25-17, 25-21. The Wildcats hit .388 as a team in the match and had a dominant 13 service aces en route to their first win of the young season. The Wildcats are now 1-6 on the year.

MVB: Hassard Breaks SUNY Poly All-Time Solo Blocks Record at the 2022 Wildcat Invitational.
January 21, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s volleyball team hosted the 2022 Wildcat Invitational on Friday and Saturday. Nine teams attended the event, playing a total of 18 matches in two days. The Wildcats went 0-4 in their four matches losing to Elmira, Wentworth, Nazareth, and St. John Fisher. The weekend saw a program record broken in the Wildcat's fourth match of the weekend. Garrett Hassard broke the all-time solo blocks record set in 2011. He now sits atop the leaderboard with 49 career solo blocks.
