31 SUNY Poly Student-Athletes Receive NAC All-Academic Honors.
June 25, 2022WATERVILLE, Maine - SUNY Poly student-athletes had a great showing this year on the North Atlantic Conference’s (NAC 2021-22 Winter/Spring All-Academic Team. 31 Wildcats were featured on the list, a list that contains the best of the best student-athletes academically from NAC’s 12 member institutions. -
MBB: Josh Gregory Puts a Bow on His Illustrious Career at SUNY Poly With Three National Awards Headlined by All-American Selection.
March 20, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - This week was a big week for the Division III basketball community as three of the biggest awards of the season were announced in tandem with the final rounds of the NCAA National Championship Tournament. Josh Gregory had a huge week as far as accolades go. The senior, and arguably one of the best players in the history of SUNY Poly Basketball, earned d3hoops All-Region 1 Second Team, NABC All-District 1 First Team, and d3hoops Fourth Team All-American honors.

MBB: SUNY Poly’s Season Ends With a Narrow Loss in the NAC Championship Game.
February 26, 2022BANGOR, Maine - The SUNY Poly Wildcats lost in the North Atlantic Conference Championship game on Saturday afternoon 57-53. The Wildcats led by as many as 11 in the game, entering the halftime break up by seven, but the Husson Eagles fought hard to get the lead back in the second half to secure their ninth NAC Championship in program history.

MBB: Gregory’s 28 Points Help Wildcats Advance to the NAC Championship Game.
February 19, 2022DELHI, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team took down the #1 team in the West Division, SUNY Delhi, in dominant fashion 82-57 in the NAC Semifinals. The Wildcats never trailed in the game and led by as many as 28 points in the first half. The Wildcats will travel to the East Division winner Husson University on Saturday for the NAC Championship game.

MBB: Wildcats Beat Canton 71-64 to Advance to the NAC Semifinals.
February 18, 2022DELHI, NY - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team beat SUNY Canton on Friday night to advance to the NAC Semifinal on Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats got two great performances from their typical leading men, Josh Gregory and Jesse O’Dell who accounted for more than half of the team's points. The win brings SUNY Poly’s record to 17-9 this season. They will face SUNY Delhi in Saturday’s semifinal.

February 17, 2022WATERVILLE, Maine - The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) announced the 2021-22 Men's Basketball All-Conference Awards on Thursday night. Josh Gregory earned the highest conference honor, the NAC Player of the Year. He was also one of the two Wildcats voted to an All-Conference Team. The recipients were voted on and selected by the head coaches of the NAC.

MBB: Wildcats Stumble in NAC West Play at Delhi.
February 05, 2022DELHI, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team suffered their first loss in NAC West Division play, losing on Saturday 73-54 to the SUNY Delhi Broncos. The Wildcats shot poorly from the field and from long distance in the loss. The Wildcats are now 15-9 this season with a 10-2 record in conference play.

MBB: Wildcats Remain Atop NAC West Standings With 79-71 Win Over SUNY Canton.
January 29, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The Wildcat men’s basketball team earned a 79-71 win over the SUNY Canton Kangaroos to improve to 7-0 in NAC West Division play. The Wildcats now have three more wins in divisional play than the second place SUNY Delhi Broncos (4-1) who the Wildcats beat by 20 points in their first meeting of the season. The Wildcats Have two more NAC games remaining on their schedule; one against SUNY Delhi and one against SUNY Cobleskill.

MBB: Wildcats Win Big Over NVU-Johnson on Senior Night.
January 28, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball celebrated senior night on Friday with a 17-point win over North Atlantic Conference (NAC) foe NVU-Johnson. The Wildcats never trailed in the game and had four players score 15 points or more in what was their eighth win in conference play. The Wildcats lone senior, Josh Gregory, was honored before the game with a short ceremony to celebrate his career accomplishments. The win improves SUNY Poly’s record to 13-7 this season with an 8-1 record in the NAC.

MBB: Wildcats Beaten on the Road by Hamilton 71-58.
January 25, 2022CLINTON, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team lost to Hamilton College on Tuesday 71-58 on the road. Hamilton took a nine-point lead in the first half and grew it to 13 in the second half to improve to 10-8. The Wildcats are now 12-7 this season.

MBB: Josh Gregory Named NAC Player of the Week.
January 24, 2022Waterville, Maine - SUNY Poly senior Josh Gregory has been named the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Player of the Week after a pair of solid performances led his team to two wins in NAC West Division Play. It is the third time this season that Gregory has been named the Player of the Week.

MBB: Wildcats Trounce Fighting Tigers 103-71 to Stay Undefeated in NAC-West Play.
January 22, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Wildcats improved to 5-0 in North Atlantic Conference West Division play on Saturday with a 32 point win over Cobleskill 103-71. The Fighting Tigers had the lead for just 30 seconds of the game as the Wildcat offense put on a clinic shooting 59.7% from the field and 64.3% from the free-throw line. The Wildcats are now 12-6 this season. Cobleskill's record drops to 2-12.

MBB: Wildcats Notch Fourth Divisional Win In a 20 Point Win Over Delhi.
January 21, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team recorded their 11th win of the season on Friday in an 81-61 win over SUNY Delhi in NAC West Divisional play. The Wildcats dominated in the paint to lock up the win, scoring 48 points in the paint and out-rebounding the Broncos 49-32. The win has the Wildcats season record at 11-6 with a 4-0 record in West Division play.

MBB: Wildcats Remain Perfect in NAC Play With a 70-60 Win Over Husson.
January 14, 2022BANGOR, MAINE - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team improved to 5-0 in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play on Friday with a 70-60 win over Husson University. The Wildcats played a solid game, edging out the Eagles in almost every statistical category. The win improves SUNY Poly’s season record to 10-5. Husson falls to 4-6 with a 2-1 record in NAC play.

MBB: Wildcats Improve to 4-0 in NAC Play With Overtime Win Over Lyndon 108-98.
January 07, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team earned an important NAC win over NVU-Lyndon on Friday 108-98 in overtime. Jesse O’Dell and Josh Gregory carried the team to victory. Both had monster double-doubles and each scored six points in the pivotal overtime period to secure the win. SUNY Poly is now 9-4 overall with a 4-0 record in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC).

January 03, 2022UTICA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team earned their eighth win of the season on Monday night 73-58 over Utica College. The Wildcats offense had a well-rounded attack with five payers scoring 10 points or more in the game. SUNY Poly is now 8-4 this season.

December 30, 2021MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team lost a one-point game to Alfred State on Thursday in non-conference play. The final score was 80-79. SUNY Poly is now 7-4 this season.

December 22, 2021MARCY, N.Y. - The Lehman College Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament has been canceled. The Wildcat men's basketball team was scheduled to play in the two-day tournament on December 29th and 30th. The tournament will not be made up.

MBB: Wildcats Win Third Straight NAC Game 91-60 Over Cazenovia.
December 11, 2021MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team improved to 7-3 this season with a blowout 31 point win over NAC rival Cazenovia. SUNY Poly is now 3-0 in the conference and is tied for first place in the NAC west division heading into the holiday break.

December 07, 2021MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team lost to the Nazareth Golden Flyers on Tuesday night 79-78 in a game that came down to the very last seconds. The loss drops the Wildcats record to 6-3 this season and improves Nazareth to 6-1.

December 04, 2021JOHNSON, Vt. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team improved to 2-0 in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play with a 76-60 win over the NVU-Johnson Badgers. The Win was a true team effort with five players scoring in the double-digits. SUNY Poly is now 6-2 this season.

Gregory had a great week for the Wildcats, helping his team go 3-0 while averaging a double-double.

November 28, 2021ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team won the Harold J. Brody Tournament Championship Game at RIT on Sunday 82-60 over the Pitt.-Bradford Panthers. The Wildcats got another great game from Josh Gregory en route to the Championship win. The Wildcats are now 4-2 this season and have now won three straight.

November 27, 2021ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s basketball team defeated Fredonia on Saturday 82-69 to advance to the championship game of the Harold J. Brodie Tournament at RIT. The Wildcats were led by an outstanding performance by senior Josh Gregory who scored a career-high 41 points in the game. SUNY Poly improved to 3-2 this season with the win. They will play Pitt.-Bradford on Sunday in the tournament’s championship game.

MBB: First Career Triple-Double by O’Dell Helps Wildcats Win on the Road.
November 23, 2021MARCY, N.Y. - Outstanding performances by Jesse O’Dell and Josh Gregory on Tuesday night helped the Wildcats earn a 13 point win on the road over the SUNY Plattsburgh Cardinals. O’Dell had his first career triple-double and Gregory had his best scoring output of the season. The Wildcats won the game 92-79, improving to 2-2 on the year.

November 16, 2021WATERVILLE, Maine - SUNY Poly's Josh Gregory has earned North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Gregory had a great two games for the Wildcats averaging nearly a double-double, leading SUNY Poly to a 1-1 week at the Max Ziel Tournament at Oswego State.
