UTICA, N.Y. – Several athletes from SUNYIT and Utica College were honored Friday afternoon at the Fort Schuyler Club for their selections this past year as Mohawk Valley Collegiate Athletes of the Month.
GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – Five Wildcats made the NEAC North Division All-Conference rolls for the SUNYIT Softball Team on Thursday afternoon, with a league-high 4 players making the First Team.
MARCY, N.Y. – The SUNYIT Softball Team (21-11, 15-5 NEAC) won their final two conference games on Sunday over Cazenovia, 5-2 and 8-2. With the wins the Wildcats earned the #2 seed in the NEAC North Division heading into the NEAC Conference Tournament next weekend. Full standings and tournament seedings are listed below.
MARCY, N.Y. – With the final out of Saturday’s first game against Morrisville State, SUNYIT head softball coach Jess Skelton earned her 100th career victory as skipper of the SUNYIT squad. With the sweep on Saturday, Coach Skelton – just in her 5th year as SUNYIT softball coach – owns a career record of 101-61-0.
MARCY, N.Y. - There's always plenty at stake when the SUNYIT and Keuka softball teams meet, but on Friday there was a bit extra. Sure, the two teams entered the doubleheader tied at the top of the NEAC North Division (both teams were 11-3 in conference heading into Friday), and had already split earlier in the year at Keuka in a pair of razor-close games.

MARCY, N.Y. – The SUNYIT Softball Team (15-9, 9-3 NEAC) swept Wells at home on Tuesday, winning 5-1 in the first game before exploding with a 15-0 victory in the second.
KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – The SUNYIT Softball Team (13-9, 7-3 NEAC) earned a split with North Division leader Keuka (11-7, 11-3 NEAC) on Sunday. With the split the Wildcats are now tied in the loss column with the Storm.
MARCY, N.Y. – The SUNYIT Softball Team (10-8, 4-2 NEAC) fell to the visiting Oswego State Lakers (9-13) on Thursday, 7-4 in game one followed by a 4-2 loss in game two. Recaps are below:
COBLESKILL, N.Y. - The SUNY Cobleskill women’s softball team swept a pair of one run decisions from North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) North Division leading SUNYIT on Wednesday afternoon by scores of 2-1 and 6-5 at Fighting Tiger Park.
MARCY, N.Y. - Today's doubleheader vs. Keuka has been postponed. The game has been
rescheduled for April 26th at 3pm, and will replace the doubleheader against Utica
College that was originally scheduled for that day. The Utica College doubleheader will not be made up.

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – Softball player Krista Pristera (New Hartford, N.Y. / New Hartford) and men’s volleyball hitter Alan Davids (Hilton, N.Y. / Hilton) have been named NEAC Student-Athlete of the Week in their respective sports for the week of March 11 – March 18.
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – For the second time in as many games, SUNYIT senior Erica Hovey (Dexter, NY / Jefferson CC) pitched the Wildcats to a tight win, 4-3 over Mitchell College in the morning game of Wednesday’s doubleheader. SUNYIT would follow that up with a 9-1 shellacking of Gordon College in the afternoon to improve to 3-1 on the young season.
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The SUNYIT Softball Team (1-1, 0-0 NEAC) earned a split on their first day of competition in Myrtle Beach, S.C. on Monday, winning their morning game 5-3 over Daniel Webster before falling to Waldorf 10-2.
