PAUL LUDDEN HIRED AS HEAD BASEBALL COACH AT SUNY POLY.
August 19, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - SUNY Poly Athletics is pleased to announce the hiring of Paul Ludden as Head Baseball Coach for the Wildcats. Ludden comes to SUNY Poly from Cazenovia College where he was the Head Baseball Coach for three seasons. In his role at SUNY Poly, Paul will also serve as the Assistant for Sports Communications. Paul is the fourth Head Baseball Coach in the history of SUNY Poly. -
31 SUNY Poly Student-Athletes Receive NAC All-Academic Honors.
June 25, 2022WATERVILLE, Maine - SUNY Poly student-athletes had a great showing this year on the North Atlantic Conference’s (NAC 2021-22 Winter/Spring All-Academic Team. 31 Wildcats were featured on the list, a list that contains the best of the best student-athletes academically from NAC’s 12 member institutions.

May 13, 2022WATERVILLE, Maine - The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has announced the 2022 All-Conference selections for Baseball. SUNY Poly was well represented, placing three players on the West Division All-Conference Team and one player on the Sportsmanship Team. The Wildcat's West All-Conference selections were Paul Morgan, Jake Montrose, and Don Vento. Manuel Santiago was Poly's representative on the Sportsmanship Team.

BASE: Tuesday's NAC Game Against Canton Moved up to Monday.
April 18, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly baseball game originally scheduled for 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 19th has been moved up to a 2:00 PM game on Monday, April 18th. This move was made to avoid the incoming Noreaster that will impact the Mohawk Valley on Tuesday night.

BASE: Wildcats Win Two To Earn Series Win Over Canton.
April 18, 2022MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly baseball team completed their series win in comeback fashion on Monday with an exciting pair of wins over SUNY Canton to win the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) series 3-2. With their backs against the wall, down two games to one, the offense came to play in the final two games of the series. The Wildcats won 10-8 to tie the series in game one. They then went on to win 8-7 in walk-off fashion in game two. Ryan Starr was the hero in game two, hitting a walk-off two-RBI single in the bottom of the seventh inning with two outs. SUNY Poly is now 3-7 in conference play with five NAC games remaining against Cazenovia.

BASE: Wildcats Win First NAC Game of the Season 9-5 Over SUNY Canton.
April 16, 2022CANTON, N.Y. - After falling to the Roos in the first two games of the series, the Wildcats bounced back and won Saturday’s game 9-5 over the SUNY Canton Kangaroos. The Wildcat's bats came to life in the game recording 16 hits to earn the win. The Wildcats are now 1-7 in NAC play and are 3-19 overall.

BASE: Wildcats Earn Opening Series Win at Wells College.
March 05, 2022AURORA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly baseball team earned a series win this weekend at Wells College to open up the 2022 season. In game one the Wildcat offense plated nine, and the pitchers were lights out to earn a 9-1 win. In game two, a closely contested game came right down to the wire and Wells earned a 3-2 win on a walk-off sacrifice fly. Game three was all Wildcats as the offense and pitching dominated for Poly, leading to a 13-3 win to close out the series. The Wildcats are now 2-1 this season.
