WLAX: Somes Scores Seven In Wildcat Win Over Sage.
March 04, 2020ALBANY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women’s lacrosse team earned their second win of the 2020 season on Wednesday night 21-10 over Sage College. The Wildcats led right from the jump, scoring two goals in the first minute of the game. After a Sage college goal with 26:30 left in the first, the Wildcats rattled off four straight to take a commanding 6-1 goal. The lead would hold for the rest of the game. The Gators brought it within three goals at the half, but SUNY Poly ended the game on an 11-3 run to earn the big win. The ‘Cats are now 2-0 this season.
