WVB: Wildcats and Wolves Play Three Set Match.

KEUKA PARK, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's volleyball team faced a formidable opponent in Keuka College on Tuesday evening, ultimately falling in a hard-fought match with set scores of 25-7, 25-14, and 25-12. The loss brought SUNY Poly's season record to 2-8.

 

The Wildcats fought hard against a strong Keuka squad but struggled to find their rhythm throughout the match. Samantha Dee and Brennah Durfee contributed to the offense with two and four and two kills, respectively. Kierra Connor also had two kills for the Wildcats.

 

On the other side of the net, Keuka College displayed a well-rounded performance, with multiple players making significant contributions. Nina Scott led the way with seven kills, while Cameron Knapp and Megan McCann added five and four kills, respectively. Setter Casey Hunziker orchestrated the offense effectively, recording 21 assists, while Emma Sipos contributed seven assists and seven service aces.

 

UP NEXT:

The Wildcats will take on the Wells College Express on the road on Thursday, September 28th. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 PM start.
