DELHI, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's volleyball team lost to the SUNY Cobleskill Fighting Tigers in the quarterfinal round of the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Tournament. The Wildcats struggled on the attack in the three-set loss. The final scores were 19-25, 15-25, 15-25. 

 

The story of the match was the lopsided attack, service, and block numbers. The Wildcats were outplayed in all three phases. Cobleskill held the attack percentage edge .204 to .042, the service ace edge nine to two, and the blocking edge six to one.

 

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES: 

  • Ryan Fitzgerald had a team-high eight kills and 10 digs. 

  • Emma Draper had six kills and five digs. 

  • Kaley Pichura had three kills, 15 assists, and seven digs. 

  • Sydney Pellman had a team-high 16 digs. 

  • Cobleskill's Jillian Nitchman had a match-high 10 kills. 

  • Alexis Miranda had a match-high five block assists for Cobleskill. 

  • Mackenzie Larson had a match-high 17 digs for Cobleskill.
