WVB: Wildcats Drop NAC Conference Game to Delhi.

MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's volleyball team lost to the SUNY Delhi Broncos in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play on Thursday night 0-3. The Wildcats are now 1-1 in conference play with a 3-9 overall record. Delhi improved to 3-0 in NAC play with an 11-3 overall record. 

 

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES: 

  • Sabrina Trimblett led the Wildcats with six kills in the match. She hit .154 on 13 swings and had a block assist. 

  • Brennah Durfee and Emma Draper each had five kills for the Wildcats. Draper added six digs and a block assist. Durfee had a dig and a block. 

  • Sydney Pellman had a team-high 17 digs. 

  • Kaley Pichura had 22 assists, 11 digs, and a kill. 

  • Delhi's Witchney Clersainville had a match-high seven kills. She also had two solo blocks and a block assist. 

  • Rebecca Huler had a match-high 18 digs for the Broncos. 

  • Grace Thomas had 24 assists, three service aces, and seven digs for Delhi.

 

UP NEXT: 

The Wildcats will host Cazenovia and SUNY Canton on Saturday in a NAC tri-match. SUNY Poly will play Cazenovia at 11:00 AM and SUNY Canton at 3:00 PM. All the matches will be streamed on the SUNY Poly Sports Network.
