ONEONTA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Wildcats Women's Volleyball team traveled to Hartwick College for two non-conference matchups on Friday. The Wildcats lost a hard fought match to King's College in straight sets (25-20. 26-24, 26-24). In the second match of the evening, SUNY Poly fell to to Hartwick College in four sets (25-17, 25-21, 16-25, 25-17). 

 

NOTABLES

  • Karlie King (Liverpool, N.Y.) and Makayla Hulett (Colonie, N.Y.) totaled 13 kills apiece in the match against King's College. King also had 15 kills in the second match of the evening. 

  • Kaley Pichura (Syracuse, N.Y.) amassed 71 assists in the two matches. She recorded 36 against King's and 35 against Hartwick.

  • Becca Goldberg led the way for King's with 18 kills.

  • Colette Maloney totaled 16 kills against the Wildcats to lead the way for Hartwick College.

 

UP NEXT

The Wildcats will look to bounce back on Monday September 16th when they travel to cross-town rival Utica College. The match is set to begin at 7:00pm.
