GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – Four SUNYIT Women's Lacrosse players were named to the NEAC All-Conference rolls on Wednesday afternoon, as first-year Laura Tolbert (Cicero, N.Y. / Cicero-North Syracuse) was selected conference Rookie of the Year.
Tolbert led the Wildcats with 50 goals on the year, which was good for 6th in the conference and the most among all NEAC rookies.
For her efforts Tolbert was also named to the NEAC All-Conference 2nd Team, where she was joined by defender Caitlin Cottell (Eatontown, N.J. / Red Bank Catholic).
Rounding out the selections for the Wildcats were midfielder Amanda Bohne (Clay, N.Y. / Cicero-North Syracuse) and attacker Jenna Lashua (Heuvelton, N.Y. / Heuvelton), who were both named to the All-Conference 3rd Team.
