WXC: Wildcats Finish 7th at NAC Championships.

CANTON, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Women's Cross-Country team traveled to SUNY Canton on Saturday to compete in the 6k North Atlantic Conference Cross Country Championships. Husson would win the event with a team score of 37 points. SUNY Delhi would narrowly miss winning the race, finishing in second with a team score of 38 points.  

SUNY Delhi's Alex Wolcott would have the top time of the day, finishing the 6k race in 23:51.3.

The Wildcats were paced by Lauren Phetteplace who finished in 16th place with a time of 26:44.6.

By placing in the NAC Championships as a team, the Wildcats will receive a bid for the NCAA Division III Regionals on Saturday, November 12th at Genesee Valley State Park. The University of Rochester will be hosting the race, scheduled to start at 11:00 AM.
