CANTON, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Women's Cross-Country team traveled to SUNY Canton on Saturday to compete in the 6k SUNY Canton Kangaroo Invitational. Husson would win the event with a team score of 16 points. SUNY Canton was the only other team eligible to receive a team score, finishing the event with 47 points.

Payton Goodwin and Miranda Dunton would finish 1^st and 2^nd respectively for Husson, with Goodwin taking home the top time of the day in 24:53.9. Husson would place five runners in the top ten.

The Wildcats were paced by Lauren Phetteplace who finished in 8^th place with a time of 28:22.7. Ruchika Kilaparty also placed in the top ten, finishing in 10^th place with a time of 30:00.3.
