MORRISTOWN, NJ – The SUNYIT women's swimming team fell to NEAC rival the College of Saint Elizabeth 47-20 in a dual meet Friday night. 

Despite being shorthanded for the competition, the Lady Wildcats still put forth a valiant effort.  Junior Katie Schlegal (Baldwinsville, NY/Morrisville) had a strong outing, taking first place in the 200-yard Freestyle with a time of 2:42.28 and in the 500-yard Freestyle with a time of 7:17.00, while also placing second in the 100-yard Fly with a time of 1:26.06. 

The Lady Wildcats will be back in action tomorrow when they take on conference rival Gallaudet University at 1:00 pm.
