WSOC: Gowett, Shipley, Truax, Daley, and Wolf Earn NAC All-Conference Awards.

WATERVILLE, Maine - The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) released the season awards for the 2022 season on Thursday. The awards announced include All-Conference Teams, Sportsmanship Team, Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, and Senior Scholar-Athlete. The awards are voted on and selected by the NAC Head Coaches. The Wildcat women's soccer team received five awards; Quinlan Gowett earned First Team honors, Hannah Shipley and Katelynn Truax were Second Team selections, Kaitlyn Daley earned Third Team honors, and Montana Wolf was named as the SUNY Poly representative on the Sportsmanship Team. 

Quinlan Gowett earned All-Conference First Team honors after leading the Wildcat defensive unit to a solid season where they allowed just 1.07 goals per game. 

Hannah Shipley was voted to the Second Team. She led the Wildcats with 19 points on seven goals and five assists. She was seventh in the NAC in goals scored and sixth in the NAC in total points this season. 

Katelynn Truax had a great first season for the Wildcats. She scored three goals for the Wildcats this season with two of them being game-winners.

Katelyn Daley earned Third Team Honors after a 10-point season with three goals and four assists. 

Montana Wolf was appointed to the NAC Sportsmanship team as the representative for the Wildcats.
