MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Athletics Department has released the 2018 schedule for the Wildcat women's soccer team. This year's schedule features 19 games; seven at home and 12 on the road. The Wildcats open play on the road at Southern Vermont on August 31st at 7:00 PM. The team's first home game will be against NEAC foe Wells on September 15th at 12:00 PM at SUNY Poly's Wildcat Field.

The Wildcat's are scheduled to play 11 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) games this season. In the 11 conference games, the team will look to improve on their 13-3-2 (8-1-1 NEAC) record from last season, which ended with a heart-breaking double overtime loss in the NEAC Semifinal.

This season, the Wildcats will have a new head coach on the sideline. Coach Tyler Renaud will take over after serving as an assistant last season. This is Coach Renaud's second stint with the Wildcats. In his first three seasons (2009-11) he led his squad to a 33-21-3 record and captured a NEAC Regular Season Championship in 2010.

Notable non-conference opponents for the Wildcats this season include SUNY Oneonta on October 2nd, MCLA on October 16th, and Utica College on October 18th. The games against Oneonta and MCLA will be on the road. The Utica College game will take place at SUNY Poly's Wildcat Field at 6:00 PM.
