WSOC: Bartlett Records 11th Shutout of the Season Against Cobleskill in 4-0 Win.

COBLESKILL, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Wildcats traveled to Cobleskill on Saturday to wrap up the 2016 season with a NEAC Conference game against the Fighting Tigers. The Wildcats finished their season in dominant fashion, taming the Tigers offense and putting up four goals of their own. The final score of the game was 4-0.

The Wildcats got a great performance from Nakeya Stedman (Sauquoit, N.Y.) who netted the Wildcats first two goals of the game. Both goals were unassisted. She also had an assist on a goal in the second half. With the two scores and the assist, Stedman wraps up her regular season with a team best 16 goals and four assists for a total of 36 points.

The Wildcats also got goals from Kaitlyn Maggiolino (Whitesboro, N.Y.) and Jordan Case (Whitesboro, N.Y.) in the game on assists from Madisyn Proper (Vernon, N.Y.) and Nakeya Stedman Respectively.

Angela Bartlett (West Winfield, N.Y.) made eight saves in the game. She recorded her 11th shutout of the season, a single season record for the Wildcats.

With the win the Wildcats wrap up their season with an overall record of 13-4-1 and a NEAC record of 10-3. The Wildcat win earned them the right to host a quarter final game on Tuesday November 1st against Keuka. The game time has not yet been announced.
