WSOC: Waterbury Records a Hat Trick in 5-0 Win Over St. Elizabeth.

MORRISTOWN, N.J. - The SUNY Poly women's soccer team took on St. Elizabeth on Sunday in day two of their weekend NEAC series. The women came in looking to earn their second conference victory after a hard-fought 2-2 draw the day before. They secured the win in convincing fashion; defeating the Eagles 5-0 in regulation.

Sophomore Brittany Waterbury (Remsen, N.Y. / Remsen HS) had a monster game. She recorded a hat trick with three goals. One in the 39th minute and two goals just 30 seconds apart (61:45 and 62:17) the three goals brings her season total to five.  

The other two Wildcat goals were scored by Corrina Marconi (Rochester, N.Y. / Gates-Chili HS); her third of the season, and Jenny Maxam (Clinton, N.Y. / Clinton HS); her third of the season.

Sophomore Goal Keeper Angela Bartlett (West Winfield, N.Y. / Mount Markham HS) recorded yet another shutout, her fourth of the season.

With the win the Wildcats improve their record to 5-1-2 (2-0-1 NEAC). The Wildcats will be back in action on Thursday at 7:00 PM when they take on SUNY Canton.
