WLAX: Krysta Beha Named NEAC Women's Lacrosse Student Athlete of the Week.

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – SUNY Poly's Krysta Beha (Marcy, N.Y.) has been named the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Women's Lacrosse Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of March27th to April 3rd.

An excerpt from the NEAC's press release announcing the Student Athletes of the Week can be found below.

Krysta Beha (Marcy, N.Y.), a senior midfielder from SUNY Polytechnic, has been named the NEAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Wildcats to a 1-1 week to open the conference portion of their schedule. In a 14-7 win over Wells College on Mar. 31, Beha tallied six goals and four assists. She also contributed four goals and an assist in a loss at Keuka College on Apr. 2. Beha finished the week with 15 points, 12 ground balls, 20 draw controls and five caused turnovers with 14 of her 16 shots landing on goal. She currently ranks fourth in the NEAC in draw controls and second in ground balls.
