GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – SUNY Poly women's lacrosse player Megan Will (Remsen, N.Y.) has been named the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week for the week of March 21st - 27th. An excerpt from the NEAC press release can be found below. 

"Megan Will (Remsen, N.Y.) has been chosen as the NEAC Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week after a strong outing for the SUNY Polytechnic Institute Wildcats.  The sophomore goalie had another solid performance between the pipes for the Wildcats, allowing just two goals while posting a 60.0 save percentage in 60 minutes of action to help her squad secure an 18-2 victory over Maritime (N.Y.) this past Wednesday during their lone outing of the week.  The performance left her tops in the conference in save percentage (60.6), goals-against average (4.33) and goals allowed (13) as she and the Wildcats remained a perfect 3-0 to open the season."
