GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – SUNY Poly cross country runner Joseph Acey (Forestport, N.Y.) has been named the NEAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second time this season after running a fantastic race for the Wildcats at their Wildcat Classic 8K race on Saturday. Joseph Acey (Forestport, N.Y.) has been chosen as the NEAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week after a phenomenal performance for the SUNY Polytechnic Institute Wildcats.  The senior was the top finisher at the SUNY Poly's own Wildcat Invitational this past Saturday, as he completed his eight-kilometer home course in 27:14.2.  Acey's finish time was over 16 seconds ahead of the next-best finisher of the 113-runner field.  His performance also helped the Wildcats capture the team title of the 11-team field behind 46 total points.
