MSOC: Wildcats and Gators Battle to a Draw in Non-Conference Play. 

MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men's soccer team tied with the Sage College Gators 0-0 on Tuesday night in double overtime. The Wildcats were unable to net a goal despite taking nine shots and landing four shots on goal. Sage College took 16 shots and landed five on goal. The Wildcats are now 8-1-2 on the year. 

 

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES: 

  • James D'Alessio got the start in goal for the Wildcats and made four saves in 77 minutes of play.

  • Nolan Murphy made four saves in goal for the Gators. 

  • Noah Fagnani led the Wildcats with three shots taken and two shots on goal.

  • Vincent Terrone and Jeaneste Pierre each put two shots on goal for the Gators. 

 

UP NEXT: 

The Wildcats will travel to Vermont to take on the NVU-Lyndon Hornets on Saturday. The North Atlantic Conference game is scheduled for a 3:30 PM start at Lyndon.
