MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Athletics Department has released the men's basketball schedule for the 2017-18 season.

This season, the Wildcats will look to improve upon their 19-7 record from a year ago, which saw them host the first round of the NEAC Championship Tournament.

This season the Wildcats will open up their season at the Hilbert Tip-off Tournament. The Wildcats will take on the hosting Hawks on Friday November 17th at 8:00 PM. The winner of that game will go on to play the winner of the John Carrol vs Fredonia at 3:00 PM on the 18th. The losing teams will face off at 1:00 PM on the 18th.

The team's first home game will be on Tuesday November 21st at 5:00 PM against local rival Utica College. Last season the Wildcats earned a 63-58 win over the Pioneers.

The Wildcats will open up their North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) schedule on the 29th of November at home against Cazenovia. The Cats' will be looking for revenge after Cazenovia upset SUNY Poly in the first round of the playoffs last season.

All together the Wildcats will play 26 games this season; 16 conference and 10 non-conference. 12 of the Wildcats 26 games will be played at SUNY Poly's Campus Center Gym.

The Wildcats annual Senior Game will be played on Sunday February 11th at 1:00 PM against Penn College.  

The regular season will wrap-up on February 17th with the post-season to follow.
