MARCY, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Wildcats men's basketball team led by third year Head Coach Rob Schoener have released their official 2016-17 schedule. The Wildcats will play 25 games; 11 home and 14 away.
The Wildcats will open up their season at home on Tuesday November 15th against St. John Fisher at 7:00 PM in the Campus Center Gym.
The 2016-17 season will see the Wildcats travel to Ft. Lauderdale in late December to take part in the Cruzin' Classic where they will face Coe and Wartburg.
The team opens up its NEAC schedule at SUNY Cobleskill on November 30th at 7:00 PM.
The teams notable non-conference opponents include St. John Fisher, Utica, R.I.T., Alfred State, and Hamilton.
The NEAC Championship Tournament will run from February 21st to the 26th.
The Wildcats finished the 2015-16 season with a 14-13 record and made an appearance in the NEAC Final Four last season.
