WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) announced the Baseball Weekly Awards for the week of April 10th - April 16th. SUNY Poly's Ethan Merone was named the NAC Rookie of the Week after a solid week at the plate for the Wildcats. The excerpt from the NAC's Weekly Awards release can be read below.

SUNY Poly's Ethan Merone had an outstanding week for the Wildcats. The freshman went 7-for-16 overall, excelling in the Wildcats' three games against NAC West foe SUNY Canton. Over those three games, Merone went 7-for-12 (.583) with a double, a home run, four RBI, and four runs scored. In his best single-game performance of the week, Merone went 3-for-3 with a home run in SUNY Poly's game-one win (4-2) over SUNY Canton on Saturday.
