The 2022-23 season will be Assistant Coach Krysta Beha’s first season alongside Coach Rosaschi and the Wildcats.
Prior to joining the Wildcat staff, Beha served 3 seasons as an assistant coach for the Tri-valley girls lacrosse Summer travel teams.
Beha is a graduate of SUNY Poly and St. Elizabeth College of Nursing 1+2+1 Partnership Pathway. While in this academic program, Beha played 4 seasons for the Wildcats Women’s Lacrosse Program. Her accomplishments included the 1st Wildcat Women’s Lacrosse Conference Championship (NEAC), 1st NCAA Tournament appearance, 1st and 2nd team All-Conference awards, team MVP, and 2 consecutive Conference Offensive Player of the Year awards. Along with those accolades, Beha also was named a Kiwanis Club of Utica Student-Athlete of the Year in her senior season.
Beha has since returned to SUNY Poly where she earned her Master’s in Nursing Education and she is currently a full-time nursing instructor at St. Elizabeth College of Nursing.
