SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's volleyball team lost to the Union Dutchwomen on Tuesday in straight sets 25-16, 25-11, 25-22. The Wildcats are now 1-3 this season.
A solid hitting percentage advantage for Union was the difference-maker in the match. The Wildcats hit -.043 while Union hit .216. The Wildcats had three players with multiple kills and managed just two service aces to the Dutchwomen's 10.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES:

Sabrina Trimblett led the wildcats with five kills and an ace.

Emma Draper and Ryan Fitzgerald each had four kills for the Wildcats. Fitzgerald also had seven digs.

Sydney Pellman led the Wildcats with 13 digs.

Keara Page and Sofia Barth each had seven kills for Union in the match.

Olivia Salvador had a match-high three service aces.

Meredith Blinn had a team-high 13 digs for Union.
