WVB: Wildcat Women’s Volleyball Schedule Released.

MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Athletics Department has released the 2021 schedule for the SUNY Poly women's volleyball team. The Wildcats schedule consists of 21 contests with eight North Atlantic Conference (NAC) matches and eight home matches. The Wildcats will play all of their home matches at the Wildcat Field House. At this time, spectators will be permitted for the matches. 

 

The Wildcats will open their season on Wednesday, September 1st at home against Morrisville State. The season opener is scheduled for a 7:00 PM start. Some notable non-conference opponents for the Wildcats in 2021 are Plattsburgh St. (Sept. 4th), Union College (Sept. 7th), Buffalo State (Sept. 11th), and Utica College (Sept. 4th & Oct. 16th). SUNY Poly's NAC schedule will open up on September 25th with a tri-match at SUNY Canton. The Wildcats will also play against Cazenovia on that day.

 

The post-season will begin on Saturday, October 30th with the NAC Divisional Final Four with the top four teams playing in a single-elimination three-round tournament to crown a Divisional Champion. The two NAC divisional champions will meet on Sunday, November 7th to play for the 2021 NAC Championship.
