WSOC: Wildcats Beaten by Potsdam at Home.

MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's soccer team lost to Potsdam on Saturday 11-1. SUNY Poly struggled against the Bears who scored seven unanswered goals in the first half. SUNY Poly would score just once on a Kaitlyn Daley goal to open the second-half scoring, but Potsdam answered with four more goals to seal the deal. 

 

Seven Potsdam players scored in the blowout. Mackenzie Bowie led the way with a game-high four goals and an assist. 

 

Michalyn Fagan was on the losing end of the decision in goal. She made seven saves in 90 minutes. Kaitlyn Daley scored her fourth goal of the young season in the 61st minute off an assist from Sarah George

The Wildcats will host Hilbert College on Wednesday, September 8th at 7:00 PM. The game will be played at SUNY Poly's Wildcat Field and will be streamed live on the SUNY Poly Sports Network (SPSN)
