UTICA, NY – SUNYIT junior Nicole DiNitto (Oriskany, NY/Oriskany) has been selected as both the North Eastern Athletic Conference Student-Athlete of the Week and the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III Upstate/Metro Offensive Player of the Week for women's soccer.

 DiNitto earned both honors after a fantastic week for the Lady Wildcats, helping them win their lone game of the week and remain undefeated in NEAC play.  The 5-foot-7 forward recorded her second hat trick of the season with three goals on three shots and also added two assists in a 7-1 win over Keuka Saturday. 

DiNitto now has 17 goals and 41 points on the season, which are both program single-season records, and has also added seven assists on the year.

The Wildcats finished the regular season 15-3 overall and a perfect 11-0 in the NEAC, which earned them the right to host the NEAC Tournament at the Wildcat Soccer Field this Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7.  They will open competition at 8:30 am Saturday, with their opponent yet to be determined.
