WBB: Wildcats Beaten on the Road by Utica College.

UTICA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's basketball lost to the Utica College Pioneers on Tuesday 59-43. The loss is the Wildcat's second this season. They are 3-2 on the year. 

 

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES: 

  • Molly Burdick had a 13 point, 15 rebound double-double for the Wildcats. She had a game-high eight offensive rebounds.

  • Kierra Connor also scored 13 for the 'Cats. She had eight rebounds. 

  • Sophie Wittenbeck scored seven points in the game and had a steal. 

  • Alexandria DeBeatham had six points, four rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block. 

  • Julia Rotando scored a game-high 16 points in 25 minutes off the bench for the Pioneers. 

  • Petrina DeMarco had 11 points, four rebounds, and four steals for Utica. 

  • Brigid Johndrow was a point shy of a double-double with nine points and 10 rebounds for Utica.

  • Sydney Przygoda had a game-high 19 rebounds for the Pioneers.

 

UP NEXT: 

The Wildcats will open up their North Atlantic Conference (NAC) schedule on Friday, December 3rd at SUNY Canton. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM.
