SB: Strong Offensive Showing Helps Birmingham Earn NAC Player of the Week.

WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) announced the Softball Weekly Awards for the week of April 10th - April 16th. SUNY Poly's Kimberly Birmingham was named the NAC Player of the week after tearing the cover off the softball at the plate in a 3-0 week for the Wildcats. The excerpt from the NAC's Weekly Awards release can be read below.

SUNY Poly's Kimberly Birmingham hit .636 with seven hits, a double, two triples, and a home run in the Wildcats' three NAC West Division wins over SUNY Canton. She also drove in seven runs, walked once, and had a stolen base. In the Wildcats' game one win (14-0) of the SUNY Canton series, Birmingham went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run, a walk, a stolen base, and three RBI. In the second game, she went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored. In the third game, she went 2-for-4 with a pair of triples, three RBI, and two runs scored.
