SB: Three Wildcats Earn NEAC All-Conference Honors.

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. - The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced its All-Conference Teams and Individual Award winners for the 2017 softball season. SUNY Poly placed three players on the North Division All-Conference Second Team.

The three players named to the All-Conference Second team were Taylor Hines (Mechanicsville, N.Y.), Danielle Witchley (New Hartford, N.Y.), and Angela Bartlett (West Winfield, N.Y.).

Senior Danielle Witchley made the team after hitting .325 for the Wildcats this season with 19 RBIs and a team best 14 extra base hits on eight doubles, three triples, and three homeruns. Witchley's .526 slugging percentage was a team high.

Angela Bartlett earned herself an All-Conference selection after posting a career best .345 batting average; second highest on the team this season. Bartlett also had career highs in RBIs with 12, and extra base hits with six.

Taylor Hines rounded out the All-Conference selections for the Wildcats. The sophomore had a team best .360 batting average and was second on the Wildcats with 22 RBIs. Hines set new career highs this season in batting average, RBIs, hits, and at-bats. Hines also threw 27 innings this season, going 3-1 for the Wildcats.
