MXC: Seven Wildcats Compete in NCAA Division III Regional Championships.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Men's Cross-Country team traveled to Genesee Valley State Park on Saturday for the 8k NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships. The University of Rochester was the host team for the event. SUNY Geneseo would win the race with a team score of 41, followed by SUNY Brockport in second place with a score of 77, and New York University in third place with a team score of 114.

Nick Andrews from SUNY Geneseo led the pack today, finishing the 8k with a time of 24:47.7. SUNY Geneseo would place three runners in the top ten (1st, 6th, 7th) to secure the victory.

Joseph Killian would have the top time for the Wildcats, finishing in 108th place with a time of 28:69.1. The Wildcats would finish in 22nd place overall out of 24 teams. The race would complete the season for the Wildcats, who competed in nine total events.
