MXC: Wildcats Place 6th at NAC Championships.

CANTON, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Men's Cross-Country team traveled to SUNY Canton on Saturday for the 8k North Atlantic Conference Cross Country Championships. SUNY Delhi would win the race with a team score of 37, winning comfortably over the rest of the field. Maine-Farmington would finish in second with a team score of 61.

John Amenta from SUNY Delhi led the pack today, finishing the 8k with a time of 26:18.7. SUNY Delhi would place three runners in the top ten to secure the victory.

Joseph Killian would have the top time for the Wildcats, finishing in 19th place with a time of 28:37.9. The Wildcats would finish in 6th place overall out of nine teams. By placing as a team, the Wildcats have secured an invitation to the NCAA Division III Regionals on Saturday, November 12th. The race will be held at Genesee Valley State Park (University of Rochester) beginning at 11:00 AM.
