MSOC: McBride and Besse Voted NEAC All-Conference; McBride First Team, Besse Second Team.

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced its 2016 Men's Soccer All-Conference selections. The Wildcats had two players selected; Nick McBride (Rotterdam, N.Y.) and Jeremiah Besse (Bethlehem, N.Y.).

Nick McBride was selected to the NEAC First Team after leading the Wildcats with 10 goals and 21 points. McBride had five more goals than the Wildcat's second best scorer. Three of McBride's goals were game winners for the Wildcats. McBride finished his career with 31 goals, just 5 shy of the SUNY Poly All-time record of 36. He is also second al time with 67 career points.  

Jeremiah Besse was voted to the second team after a fantastic season in the backfield for the Wildcats. Besse, a sophomore, finished the season with three goals and an assist from the center back position. He was a vocal leader whose positioning of the defense helped the Wildcats hold their opponents to a 1.53 goal per game average.
