Men’s Soccer to Square off against the University of Rochester in 1st Round NCAA Tournament Game; Wildcats Move Up to 4th Place in Regional Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS – The SUNYIT Wildcats received their draw on Monday during the NCAA Division III Selection Show, and will be heading to the University of Rochester this Saturday, Nov. 16th, to take on the host Yellowjackets in the First Round of the 2013 NCAA Tournament.

The game is scheduled for 5:00 pm at the University of Rochester's Fauver Stadium. The second game of the night will take place at 7:30 pm between Oneonta State and Oberlin, and the winners of each game will compete on Sunday at 5 pm.

With a record of 13-2-2, the Yellowjackets are ranked 12th nationally in the latest NCAA poll.

The Yellowjackets were tied for 2nd in the East Region as well according to the NSCAA poll released today, with SUNYIT right behind them in 4th after finishing the season 16-1-2 to set a program record.
