GOLF: SUNY Poly Places Ninth at Clarkson Invitational.

POTSDAM, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly golf team competed at the Clarkson Invitational on Tuesday, placing ninth with a team score of 369. St. Lawrence "A" won the event with a team score of 307. The top individual golfer was Cooper Evans from St. Lawrence who shot a +1 73 and won in a playoff.

 

The Wildcat's top finisher in the event was James Lynch. He shot an 86 (+14) and placed 33rd. Isaac Falk placed T-36 and shot an 88 (+16). William Grady shot a 97 to finish T-43, Alexander Bonacci shot a 98, finishing 45th, and Joe Sanzo finished 47th with a 109.

The Wildcats will host a match on Tuesday, September 13th at Hidden Valley Golf Course. The match is set for an 11:00 AM tee-off.
