CLINTON, N.Y.- The SUNY Poly women's cross-country team participated in the Hamilton College 4k tune-up on Saturday, October 21st, at Hamilton College. The Wildcats finished in 11th place as a team. Hamilton College won the invitational with a team score of 28.
GENESEO, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women’s cross country team competed at the Mike Woods Cross Country Invitational on Saturday afternoon, a race hosted by SUNY Geneseo at the National Warplane Museum. The Wildcats only ran three runners and therefore did not place in the team event.
CLINTON, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women’s cross country team competed at the Hamilton College Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The event featured a field of 70 runners representing seven teams.
UTICA, N.Y. - The Wildcat women’s cross-country team hosted the 2023 Wildcat Classic Invitational on Saturday. The team placed 7th in the race with a team score of 173. After the race, the Wildcats held a short ceremony to celebrate senior Jennifer Walike’s final race at the Wildcats home course.
CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly women’s cross-country team participated in the Bruce Bridgeman 5k Invitational hosted by Finger Lakes Community College. The Wildcats did not place but had three runners participate in the race.
COBLESKILL, N.Y.- The SUNY Poly women’s cross-country team participated in the Steven A. Warde Invitational on Saturday, September 9th, at SUNY Cobleskill. The Wildcats had two runners participate in the event. SUNY Cobleskill won the event with a total of 45 points, just defeating Western New England, who finished with 46 team points.
UTICA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's cross-country team competed in the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational on September 2, 2023, finishing in sixth place out of seven teams.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Women’s Cross-Country team traveled to Genesee Valley State Park on Saturday to compete in the 6k NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships. The University of Rochester was the host institution for the event. SUNY Geneseo would win the event with a team score of 18 points. New York University would finish in second place with a team score of 79, and Ithaca would finish in third place with a team score of 155 points.
CANTON, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Women’s Cross-Country team traveled to SUNY Canton on Saturday to compete in the 6k North Atlantic Conference Cross Country Championships. Husson would win the event with a team score of 37 points. SUNY Delhi would narrowly miss winning the race, finishing in second with a team score of 38 points.
HAMILTON, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Women’s Cross-Country team traveled to Hamilton College on Saturday to compete in the 4k Hamilton College Tune-Up Cross Country Invitational. Hamilton would win the event with a team score of 25 points. SUNY-ESF would finish in second place with a team score of 65 points and SUNY Delhi would finish in third place with a team score of 109 points.

The Wildcats placed 7th in the women’s 5K race with 176 points. Hamilton College’s Clara Fu won the race. Hamilton also placed first as a team.
CAZENOVIA, N.Y.- The SUNY Poly women’s cross country team finished in 4th place on Saturday morning at the Cazenovia Homecoming Invitational 5k race at Cazenovia College. The Wildcats placed two runners in the top 20 for a team score of 75. Hartwick College would win the invitational with a team score of 42.
MARCY, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly women's cross-country team placed second at the 9th annual Wildcat Classic on Saturday morning. The Wildcats ran well, scoring 60 points as a team. Utica University won the race with a team score of 15. Prior to the race, the Wildcats celebrated the careers of Richuka Kilaparty and Lauren Phetteplace, the Wildcat's two seniors who ran their last race at the Wildcat cross-country course.
CANTON, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Women’s Cross-Country team traveled to SUNY Canton on Saturday to compete in the 6k SUNY Canton Kangaroo Invitational. Husson would win the event with a team score of 16 points. SUNY Canton was the only other team eligible to receive a team score, finishing the event with 47 points.
COBLESKILL, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Women’s Cross-Country had four runners compete in the Steven A. Ward Invitational on Saturday morning. Cobleskill Alumni took home the race with a score of 37 points. The leading NCAA team with the lowest score was Hudson Valley CC, scoring 49 points.
MARCY, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly Women's Cross-Country teams opened up their 2022 season on Saturday morning in the 15th Annual Wildcat Short Course Invitational. Five men's teams and four women's teams competed in the event. Hudson Valley CC took home the women's race, placing all five of their scoring runners in the top ten spots. The Wildcats Placed 3rd overall in the race with a score of 55 points.

The Wildcats raced two runners, Lauren Phetteplace and Katherine Candels, who placed 78th and 128th respectively. SUNY Geneseo dominated the regional, finishing with a team score of 19, 51 points lower than the second-place finisher.
WATERVILLE, Maine - Three SUNY Poly women’s cross country runners received North Atlantic Conference (NAC) All-Conference and Season Award Recognition after a solid 2021 season.
MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women’s cross country team placed fourth at the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Championship race on Saturday. The Wildcats scored 120 points, led by a third-place finish by Lauren Phetteplace. The SUNY Delhi Broncos won the NAC Championship with a score of 46.
MARCY, N.Y. - All five of the Wildcats fall teams will compete in North Atlantic Conference Postseason events this weekend. The SUNY Poly men’s soccer team will host three games this weekend to determine the NAC West Division Champion. The men’s and women’s cross country teams will be competing in the NAC Championship Meet this Saturday at Thomas. The women’s volleyball and women’s soccer teams will both be heading to SUNY Delhi on Saturday for NAC Quarterfinal games with Cobleskill and Delhi respectively.
CLINTON, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly cross country teams traveled across town to take part in the 2021 Hamilton College Invitational hosted by Hamilton College. Nine men’s teams and seven women’s teams competed in the Invitational. Hamilton won both the women’s and men’s races with 32 points in the women’s race and 26 points in the men’s race. The Wildcat women placed seventh with 195 points and the men placed sixth with 176 points.
GENESEO, NY: The SUNY Poly cross country teams traveled to SUNY Geneseo for their largest regular-season race of the season against some tough Division III opponents on Saturday. The Wildcat men placed 28th out of 33 teams, surpassing some familiar faces along the way. The women did not place in the race as only three team members participated.
WATERVILLE, Maine - SUNY Poly's Lauren Phetteplace was named the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Runner of the Week this week after a fantastic weekend for the Wildcats. It is the team's first weekly award of the season.

Cobleskill won the men’s race, placing all five of their scoring runners in the top seven and claiming the top three podium positions. SUNY ESF won the women’s race with a score of 21, placing all five scoring runners in the top 10. SUNY Poly placed third in both the men’s and women’s races.
WATERVILLE, Maine - The SUNY Poly cross country teams traveled to Waterville, Maine for their first away meet of the 2021 season at the Thomas College Cross Country Invitational. Six teams competed in the men’s 8K race and four teams competed in the women’s 5K race. In the men’s 8K, Southern Maine took first place. Three of their runners placed in the top five places in the race. All five of their scoring runners placed in the top 15. In the women’s 5K, Husson took first place, with three top-five finishers and seven top-twenty finishers.

Nine men’s teams and eight women’s teams competed in the first meet at SUNY Poly since 2019. Cobleskill won the men’s race, placing all five of their scoring runners in the top 15 and claiming the top three podium positions. William Smith won the women’s race with a score of 45, also placing all five scoring runners in the top 15. SUNY Poly placed fifth in the men’s race and did not place in the women’s race, as only three Wildcat women competed.
MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Athletics Department has released the 2021 schedule for the Wildcat men’s and women’s cross country teams. The Wildcats schedule will feature six regular-season races, two of which will be held at the Wildcats home course. The post-season is scheduled to start on October 30th.
COBLESKILL, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women’s cross country team finished fifth in the North Eastern Athletic Conference’s 2019 Championship Race. The race was hosted by SUNY Cobleskill who ultimately captured first place in the race, earning the NEAC Championship Trophy. The Wildcats had a solid showing in the race, leading to two Wildcats being named to All-Conference Teams.
