LANCASTER, P.A. - The SUNY Poly Women's Cross Country team came in fourth place overall with a score of 109 points at the Charger Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 15. The Wildcat's Freshmen Lauren Phetteplace (Cortland, N.Y.) scored the highest for the team taking fourth place with a time of 20:39.23.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

Three wildcats finished in the top 15. Freshman, Lauren Phetteplace (Cortland, N.Y.) finished 10th with a time of 28:21.1; senior, Jalize Mejia-Perez (Bronx, N.Y.) finished 13th with a time of 29:04.3, and Freshman Molly Burdick (Johnson City, N.Y.) rounded out the 15th spot with a time of 29:52.2.

McDaniel won the invitational with a score of 69, beating every team by at least 22 points. Their runners finished 2nd, 6th, and 12th.
