MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Athletics Department has officially announced the Wildcat softball schedule for the upcoming 2018 season.
The 2018 schedule features 36 games; 12 home, 16 away, and eight neutral site. The Wildcats will play 20 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) games starting on March 25th at Keuka. The Wildcats will play two games against local rival Hamilton College at home and two against Utica on the road.
The 2018 season will open up with eight games in five days in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Wildcats will play Eureka, Cedar Crest, Wilkes, Wentworth, Methodist, William Peace, and LaRoche in the Fastpitch Dreams Classic Tournament.
The 2018 home opener for the Wildcats will be NEAC North Division doubleheader with Cazenovia College on Wednesday, April 11th. Game one will have a 3:00 PM first pitch.
The Wildcats annual Senior Day will take place on April 28th against the Penn College Wildcats.
