MBB: Another Double-Double by Williams Leads Wildcats to a 77-49 Win Over Keuka.

MARCY, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly men's basketball earned its third win of the season against North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) rival Keuka in blowout fashion 77-49. The Wildcats are now 2-1 in conference play.

The Wildcats were led by Kevin Williams (Brooklyn, N.Y.) who had a game high 16 points for the Wildcats. Williams secured his second double-double of the season by grabbing 10 boards, four of which were on the offensive glass. Williams also recorded two blocks and two steals for the Cats'.

Quayshaun Mitchell (Harlem, N.Y.), Peyton Griffiths (Milford, N.Y.), and Josh Gregory (Whitesboro. N.Y.) scored 13, 12, and 11 points for the Wildcats respectively. Mitchell and Griffiths each had five rebounds and five assists in the game. Gregory had seven rebounds and a block.

For Keuka, Greg Tyler had a team high 11 points, four rebounds, and an assist in the game. Cliff Stevens had 10 points for the Wolves and had eight rebounds and an assist.

The Wildcats are now 3-2 overall and are 2-1 in the NEAC. The team will be back on the hardwood on Wednesday when they will host Cazenovia. Game time is scheduled for 7:00 PM at the Campus Center Gym.
