Tylers SUNYIT women's team in 2010 set the school record for most wins in a season, with a record of 15-4-0.  This campaign would see the Wildcats claim the NEAC Regular Season Championship, with an 11-0-0 record. Coach Renaud was named NEAC Coach of the Year in 2010 for his team’s effort.

Renaud began his collegiate coaching career at Cayuga Community College, in 2003.  He was charged with starting the program from the ground up, and in his first year they would go on to win 13 matches, be MSAC Co-Champions with Broome Community College, and garner a #6 national ranking by the NJCAA and NSCAA.  In 2004, the Lady Spartans would set the record for most wins in a season (15), following up the 2003 campaign in similar fashion, being outright MSAC Champions and getting ranked as high as #5 in the nation. Coach Renaud was honored with the NJCAA Region III Coach of the Year award in 2003, and the MSAC Coach of the Year in 2003 and 2004.  He also led the Lady Spartans Women’s Lacrosse team during this time, reaching two straight NJCAA National Final Fours, while being awarded numerous coach of the year awards conference, regionally and nationally.

Renaud moved onto Norwich University from 2005-2009, and in four years, had the Lady Cadets competing in the 2009 NCAA Division III National Tournament, after winning the GNAC regular season and conference tournament championships.  His 2009 Norwich team still holds the single season record for most victories in a season, with 15. He also started the Norwich Women’s Lacrosse team from the ground up, where he also won the GNAC regular season and conference tournament in 2008, receiving three conference coach of the year awards, during this time frame, for his teams efforts.

Coach Renaud’s winning percentages rank #1 at all three institutions.

Renaud holds a MBA from LeMoyne College, a BA from SUNY Fredonia, where he was a three year letterman with the men’s soccer team, and an NSCAA Premier Diploma. He is an avid Newcastle United fan, and enjoys golfing and skiing in his spare time. He, his wife Anneliese, son Luke and black lab Sadie reside in Skaneateles, NY.
