MARCY, N.Y. – The recent winter storm has forced multiple changes to the SUNY Poly Wildcat sports schedules for this weekend.
SUNY Poly men's volleyball's Friday night game against NYU was canceled with no make-up day announced. The men's volleyball schedule also changed for their Saturday (March 3rd) tri-match at Vassar. The Wildcats will now take on UC Santa-Cruz at 2:00 PM and will face host Vassar at 4:00 PM.
The SUNY Poly men's lacrosse season opener against Houghton has been postponed to March 21st. The game time for the makeup is currently listed as TBD.
SUNY Poly's baseball season opener against New Jersey City University, originally scheduled for Saturday in Winter Haven, Fla. Has been postponed until Tuesday, March 6th at 6:00 PM due to sub-par travel conditions. The venue for the game has also been changed. It will now take place at Henley Field Stadium in Lakeland, Florida. Directions to the field can be found on the SUNY Poly baseball schedule page.
